Purchase

Purchase to enter the free drawing is not necessary. But when purchasing a Blendtec HP3 Blender, the purchaser is automatically entered into the drawing. If a Blendtec HP3 Blender has been awarded to a person who already has purchased one previously, that person shall have the choice of receiving the blender personally, or if he/she sells it online, we will gladly drop-ship the blender for a fee of $ 50.00 to the new person buying it.

Qualifications and Delivery

In order to qualify for entry, the participants in order to win must be age 18 or older and reside in the USA and/or its Territories (confirmed with a copy of ID, Passport, or Drivers License). Only one time winning per year per household will be awarded. In order to receive the free Blender Blendtec HP3 no further expenses in postage are due. The merchandise will be delivered with either UPS Ground, DHL Ground, USPS Parcel Post or Priority, which ever is less expensive. Insurance of the item is not included.

The dates of drawings are August 15 and January 15, every year! If the dates are changed, one added, or canceled we will only advertise this change on this website. Any external links, ads, or promotions, are subject to change without notice. The dates herein set presidents.

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to sell, and/or draw anyone, or refuse service and participation of anyone without further due notice or justification. While specific reasons for terms and conditions' violations may occur, we are not required to explain any further. Reasons for disqualification are living outside of the boundary, under-age, multiple entries directly or through third parties with the any of the equal contact information, and/or participating with the intent to defraud, and other reasons or circumstances.
